went biking out to lake lowell with joey and phil. one of the most beautiful nights i've seen here in nampa in a long time. it was a good 10 mile bike ride and we chilled at the lake for a bit. these guys are great and i am so blessed to have them here for the summer. hope you enjoy some cell phone pics...

I love the wet footprints down the dock picture! Looks like good fun! Why didn't we see any of these places when we went there? We didn't even get out to the springs... I guess that's what happens when you don't have a car, and a have bikes that have completely flat tires!
